Today we have a very nice expression. I want you to think about it. To be after something. To be after something. What does it mean to be after something?

To be after something? Well, it could mean that I am after you, which means you are first and then me. But there's another meaning. And it means to want something.

So the deep question is, what are you after in life? In your relationship? In your education? In your job? What are you after? So if you ask me, Shane, what are you after in your business?

Well, I can tell you I want to create a big business. I would love to be a successful, popular English teacher online. I hope that I can start a family and create a business that allows my family to live in a nice house and eat good food.

Have my children go to a good school? That's what I want. That's what I'm after in my business. I want to create a business, which I'm doing. I'm very happy in my business, but I'm after success.

I want to be successful, of course. I'm not too greedy. I don't want to be like Bill Gates. Just enough. That's what I'm after. What about you? What are you after in your career?

Do you like your job right now? Do you want to stay in your job? What is your goal? What is your hope? What are you after? What is it that you want? Oh, it's a good question.

Oh, yes. Check out the dialogue. What are you after in life? Fame! I want to be famous! Huh? What are you after? Money. I want to be rich. Yeah, everybody's different.

Some people in life, what are they after? Some people want to be famous. Some people want to be rich. Me, I'm a little bit older now and I want to be happy.

But happiness, that's something that I can do. I want to be comfortable. Yeah, that's my... That's my true goal. I want to be comfortable. I don't want to have to worry about paying for health insurance.

I don't want to have to worry about paying rent on my apartment. I want those things to be guaranteed. Other than that, yeah, I'm okay. What about you?

Yeah, I know. The older you get, the less greedy you are. I want to be rich. I want to be like Buffett. What's his name? that rich American guy. I want to say William Buffett.

It's not William Buffett. What the hell is his name? Bill Gates and that Gordon Buffett. I don't even know what his name is. Really stupidly rich guy.

But hey, when I was young, oh, definitely, yes. When I was young, I remember I was after money. My goal was to retire by the time I was 40 years old. Well,

I'm 47 and I'm far from retirement. Yeah, I had some problems along the way. But what are you after? What are you after in your job? What are you after in your career?

What are you after in your relationship? Let's say you have a girlfriend or a boyfriend right now, but you are not thinking about getting married. So...

What are you after? Why are you in your relationship? What is it that you want from the relationship? Be careful. I don't want to know too much information.
