Do you like to watch movies? Do you like to watch games? Yeah, well, then you need to use today's expression. Have a great one. Let's go back in time.

Today we've got a great expression, especially for Friday, the weekend. So, do you guys have any special plans this weekend? Perhaps you want to watch a movie or a play. Maybe you will go to a baseball game, something interesting like that, a soccer game, football for most of the world.

Well, in this case, we can use the verb... Catch. C-A-T-C-H. To catch a movie. To catch a game. Now, don't think about it. Why catch? Why catch? Well, the idea is, you know, if you throw a ball, you catch it with your hands, correct?

Sure. If you throw a ball to me, a baseball to me, I will catch it with my hands. Well, in this case, the idea is you're throwing a movie. You're throwing some sort of entertainment to my...

Eyes, and my eyes are catching it. That's the idea. It simply means to watch a movie or to watch a game, to watch some sort of entertainment. It's simple.

It's great. And I want you guys to use this expression. But first, let's check out the dialogue. Yo, Pete, what's up this weekend? Not much. You want to go catch a game?

Ah, sounds great. How about tomorrow? Oh, boy, it does sound great. I love watching games, watching sports, especially baseball in the summertime. It's so fantastic for me.

I know some people think it's boring, but I would love to be able to catch a game. Unfortunately, where I live, there are no baseball games. It's the desert. The only thing you can catch is sunburn.

That's about it. But maybe next year I'm going to move to a colder place where they do have baseball. And I promise if I catch a baseball game or if I catch a football game, a hockey game, a soccer game, whatever, if I catch some sort of game, I will take you with me. We'll use Twitter, we'll use Periscope, and we can enjoy the game together.
