I'm AJ Hogue, author of Effortless English, Learn to Speak English Like a Native. The natural cure for brave new world, the natural cure for propaganda and

The natural cure for fear porn. For porn of all kind. Pornography of all kind. The natural cure discussed today. At least one of the natural cures. A very simple one.

A very easy one. But powerful. And we'll discuss QAnon. Very nice QAnon post today. which is in the title, in the description on YouTube here. The news is dead.

The news is dead. Amen. Okay, I've got the members chat turned on right now. I'll open it for everyone in a minute. First, let me just discuss the topic.

Take some member chats, and then I'll open to everybody. Vladislav, good to see you again. Alright, the natural cure for Brave New World. When we say Brave New World, that was one of our book clubs, so we're talking about the whole disgusting modern world of distraction, propaganda, mind control, pornography, etc., etc., etc.

All of that. So what's the natural cure? Well, you know, number one, as I've said many, many, many times, throw away your TV. But the natural cure, actually, is nature.

It's the outdoors. And I got a reminder of that today. I spent most of the day outside today. I mean, I usually spend a lot of my day outside, but most of the day outside.

And I just noticed that right away, right away, meaning after just a few hours, My mind was more clear, more calm. We had a nice spring day today, sunny, warm, but not hot. It was perfect.

Just went out with my baby daughter, and we just sat around and played. Then I took my baby son out for a little walk later towards the evening, and just kept going outside again and again. I realized that's the cure.

That's the cure. Because see, you know, the virtual world, when you're indoors, when you're indoors, it's so much easier to plug in, right? It's just so natural to plug in to the virtual world of, you know, pulling of our cell phone, the internet, television, or even if you're inside a car, it's easy to turn on the radio, right? All of that media, mind control stuff,

all those media mind control channels and it's kind of natural a lot of times when we're indoors maybe we're a little bored or it's easy to get distracted and it's easy to get sucked into that you might even just start by checking your email and then that leads to getting online and that leads to watching a bunch of garbage

on YouTube or putting on Netflix or something. That's just how it happens. But when you're outside in nature, you're outdoors under the blue sky or the cloudy sky, whatever, you're under the sky, and especially when you're active doing something, even if you're just sitting in the grass, observing, watching, then you are disconnected from all the garbage of Brave New World.

And you are connecting to what is real, God's creation. You're connecting to God's creation instead of the creation of men, which is always going to have some kind of corruption to it.

Or at least it can never, never, never match. the natural world, the beauty, the peace of the natural world, all different environments, you know, it doesn't matter. They all have, anyone who's ever been outdoors, if you've ever done any hiking or camping or just been outdoors a lot, you know this, right? It doesn't really matter.

You know, each kind of natural setting has its own unique beauty and power, right? So it could be the desert. I remember, you know, I did a camel safari in the desert one time. It was great.

It's amazing. There's a definite serenity, meaning a kind of peace in the desert. And, you know, forests, mountains. It doesn't really matter, honestly.

The ocean. But when you get to all of that, you know, unfortunately, you'll see a lot. You'll see a lot. This happens in a lot. Even in... religious writings where people will write about, or often the translation will be something about the world.

You know, the world, or I'll see in the comments, or people will say all the time, oh, the world is so terrible. The world, and they use this phrase, the world. But what they're really describing, what they really mean is human society.

Right? The world is ugly. The world is corrupt. The world is terrible. Blah, blah, blah. The world, the world, the world. It's not the world. It's Human society, right?

It's human society they're talking about. Human society is corrupt. Human society can be ugly. The creations of humans can be beautiful, but especially now, now that we live in Brave New World, most human creation now is ugly, right?

Buildings are ugly. Modern art is ugly and disgusting, right? I mean, I'd argue that even most music now is pretty much garbage. And, you know, the bulk of what, at least what is called popular art or well-known art in architecture is ugly, ugly, ugly.

Right? But, again, nature is beautiful. Right? right? So you just got to get away from all that. This is one of the great benefits of getting out of cities.

Or if you're very fortunate to live in an old city, because we all know, you can see it, visit an old city somewhere, and you immediately feel and see that there's an elegance, a beauty that is missing completely from modern cities, modern architecture, right? You can go to an old

section of an old European city, for example. And, you know, the feeling is totally different. In fact, you can see this is very clear in European cities because there often will be, you know, a kind of an old section of the city in the middle.

And you go there, everything's so beautiful and, you know, elegant. Sometimes... even kind of natural, fits the natural environment very well. And then there'll be, surrounding that old city, there will be a modern city.

And you go there and immediately you feel it, ugly, sterile, right? You can just feel the change. It's obvious, anybody's obvious. You don't need to study art, you don't need to know anything about art.

To know it. Same with art. You can go to a museum. Go to the old classics section, right? And then go into the modern art section. Immediately you see it's ugly.

The modern art's ugly. And, you know, people who are into art will go blah, blah, blah, blah and try to explain a million ways why it's actually really great, but it's ugly. We all know it's ugly. Every regular person knows it's ugly, which is why most people don't like it, right?

You can look at Leonardo, everyone looks at Leonardo da Vinci, or most people will look at, you know, or Michelangelo's work or something, and immediately, oh, right? Even if you don't appreciate the technique at all, there's a beauty there.

And then you go and you look at some horrible squiggly lines and stuff, and you just kind of go, what's that, right? That's modern art. So the point is, anyway, that we live in Brave New World, and most of human society has been corrupted, especially media.

And this can get people very upset and feeling down. I read the comment on Gab recently from Captain DC, I think was the profile. And this person was very upset.

I'm not sure if it's a girl or a boy, but anyway. And when we were doing Brave New World, all of us kind of were talking about how there was a part of it that was kind of depressing because we could easily look around and see that

much of what Huxley wrote about now exists, right? All the transgender horrible stuff and all that stuff. So it's easy to get kind of down and kind of disgusted by all that. But all you have to do if you want to renew your spirit, renew your soul, is turn away from all this insanity of human society and just return to nature.

You go for a walk under the trees, you know. You sit by the ocean and just look out at the ocean. You just lay down in the grass and look up at the sky for a while.

Spend a whole day, spend several days outdoors away from human society, away from, you know, cities and traffic and man-made things. Do this, and I think you'll find, as I do always, that I feel renewed. Like something in my spirit, deep inside of me, becomes calm and peaceful again. Because what are you doing?

You're reconnecting to the beauty of creation, right? Something far bigger than human society, far deeper, far more powerful. It's essentially a spiritual connection. And if you can, go hiking and camping for a week or something, or at least over a weekend for several days, and actually sleep out under the stars if it's not raining, or bring a tent, whatever.

But spend a few days. I plan to start doing that again with my family now that I have children. I quite miss it. I've been living in cities for too long.

As many of you know, we're planning to move out to the countryside next year, which I'm looking forward to. But even before then, even in a city, okay, I live in a city, and it's not a pretty city, it's an ugly city, but there are a few parks here.

There are a few parks that are pretty decent with some nice trees, and there are some temples around here, Japanese temples. Again, we talk about old versus new. You know, the old architecture of the Buddhist temples, the Shinto shrines,

beautiful and in harmony with nature always have trees and the buildings just seem to be in harmony with to kind of like to fit with nature it's beautiful so what i do is i just go to the local shrine and i go to local parks and And even that is very, very, very, very rejuvenating. Rejuvenating means gives you health, gives you energy again, right? It means if you're tired, if you're rejuvenated, you come back alive, right?

It's kind of like being energized again. Re-energized. Re-juvenated. I think juvenated probably comes from the word for young. I'm guessing. I don't know.

That's my wild guess based on Spanish. But... It's something like that. It makes you feel alive again, makes you feel energized again. And reminds you that human society and human politics and the garbage of human media nowadays, that's not the world.

In fact, it's a very, very, very small part of the world. It's a very small part indeed. We tend to, if you watch too much TV, if you're too focused on media...

then more and more in your mind this false world, this fake world that is not real. It doesn't exist anywhere. It's just on that screen. But it grows so big in your mind and it starts to take over your mind and you start to think that all of this stuff is actually reality.

All this junk you see in the fake news and the TV shows and the movies and all that and politics and all this stuff. And your mind is so huge. But as soon as you throw that away and turn it off and go out and spend a few days in nature, away from all that, all that just shrinks down in your mind. It just sort of like disappears and you realize none of it's real.

It's all just thoughts and emotions and images that have been programmed into you. And it's actually quite easy. Again, throw away the TV. If I give you a two-step process to

to heal yourself from the brave new world and to become much, much, much happier and calmer. The first step would be throw your TV away. And the second step would be get outdoors every day as long as you can. Spend as much time as possible outdoors.

Even if you live in a city, at least you're under the blue sky or the sky. I shouldn't say blue. It might not be blue. But you're under the sky. You're under the sun.

You're outdoors outdoors. It's at least something, right? But especially if you can, get to parks, get to trails, get to a river or a stream or anything. Get out into the natural world away from, you know, all this just human creation and you will get perspective, meaning all this virtual craziness, all the programming will get much, much, much weaker and you'll have a proper and a more healthy life

and view of all of it. And it won't upset you so much anymore. You realize it's actually not that big a deal. All right. Vladislav says, I think that's why they set the lockdown, the fucking lockdown, to protect Brave New World.

The quarantine in Russia has prolonged until May 31st. I was so upset. Yeah, the quarantine is nonsense, guys. Just go outside. Just go outside. That's my advice.

I just go outside every day. I mean, they have closed a decent number of things in Japan now, but I go outside and I don't wear a mask. I'm not telling you not to wear a mask. It's your choice, but I'd say get outside.

Get outdoors. It's safe anyway. You know, the worst place to be if you're worried about a virus or a disease is inside with all the windows closed and everything.

Outdoors, you're not going to get it outdoors, especially if you're walking around a park. You're not going to get anything. Sunlight and fresh air are great for your health.

All right, so that's part one of our topic today. And then part two, kind of connected, is new QPost, which, you know, Again, I want to clarify, what is Q? In my opinion, Q is a source of information from within...

It's an anonymous source of information, obviously, but quasi-anonymous, I would say. I think we all know that it's connected to certain people within... Trump is involved.

This guy, General Flynn, if some of you have heard of him, Just today, they had a fake bunch of bullshit against him in court. It got thrown out. It's called exonerated.

It's a nice vocab word for you. Exonerated meaning saying he did nothing wrong at all. And more than that, we're going to see that the they, meaning Democrats, the cabal, the deep state, whatever you want to call them,

Actually, we're doing all kinds of terrible things to this guy because he knows about them. This guy is in military intelligence. So anyway, point being, here's my point, that Q is a good source of information. Even though Q asks questions, even though Q is often not direct, even though Q, the dates are often very confusing and things are not predicted exactly.

Despite all of that, If you follow Q, you will have a much clearer idea of what is really happening in the world compared to the fake news. See, the fake news has been telling... Again, this guy, General Flynn, in America, the fake news has been telling everybody, oh, this guy's going to... Oh, it's terrible. They're going to throw him.

He's going to go to jail. But if you follow Q, you know for probably at least two years this guy was going to go free, that it was all fake, And so I've known this was coming for at least two years, something like that. I've known this guy, General Flynn, that nothing was going to happen to him.

Quite the opposite. And now that he is completely free, he's going to probably join with Trump now, and I think they're going to start attacking their enemies, which is great.

But the point is, you guys don't have to care about American politics. But the point of it is, though, that the information source, and this has happened again and again and again with information, things happening in the world, that by following Q, things happen, and the media is shocked. People who watch the media can't believe it. If you follow Q, you've known for a long time, oh, yeah, we knew that was going to happen.

Just like now with this stupid virus, we know that, number one, hydroxychloroquine is a cure. Number two, we know it's hugely exaggerated. Number three, we know they're going to try to extend it longer and longer, but it's not going to work.

It's all being predicted now by Q. I already sort of thought this myself. So you'll see. You'll see. Slavica said, from yesterday, my country is free without the police hour.

Yesterday, I spent two hours in the evening walking with my husband. The moon was full and we enjoyed it. The moon was full and we enjoyed it. Yep. Fantastic.

Ilana Khan says, I agree that nature is the best source for positive energy, strength, and peace. And keeping ourselves busy and focused on positive things and relationships will eventually beat Brave New World.

Well said, Ilana. And Elena, good to see you too. Yeah. Vladislav says, I go outside. Of course, it's forbidden in Russia, but I haven't been caught by the police.

You see how... retarded and stupid it is to say don't go outside that's ridiculous it doesn't make medical sense it's no sense at all just in my opinion everyone should just refuse to follow the law that's I can't tell you what to do but that's my opinion do what you want if you think the risk is worth it just defy the law

Okay, a few Q posts, just because I think they're connected to what we're talking about. The most recent one says, the news is dead. Amen to that. The news is dead.

You are what matters now. Handle with care. Handle with care means be careful. So basically Q is saying that the news is dead. I won't say everybody, but there's so many people now know that the media, the news media is totally fake.

It's kind of like, you know, during the Soviet Union, there was, I think it was called Pravda. Russian listeners can tell me if that was the name. It was called Pravda. It was like the Communist Party's newspaper.

And everybody, and of course, they would put everything in there, just lots of lies about how great the Communist Party was. Everything was perfect. And everybody knew it was false. Everybody knew it was fake.

Well, that's how the media in the rest of the world is now, right? The news media, the television and the newspapers, it's the same, right? I won't say everybody, but huge numbers of people also know now that

CNN and NBC and the BBC, it's all fake. They just lie. They just straight lie. They don't even try to tell any truth now. They'll just completely and totally lie.

So the news is dead. You are what matters now, meaning the message here is that it's you, it's I, it's independent, small independent researchers and bloggers and YouTubers and maybe not YouTube, they're censoring BitChute and

It's all these individuals, you know, hundreds, thousands, perhaps millions, who are all researching and sharing information, and those are the best sources of information now. Those, you know, it's you and I and everyday citizens are the real news, the real reporters.

Okay, and then Q's predicting some big things happening this week already. The million... If you don't know about American politics, then no worries. But the thing with General Flynn was very big.

This guy General Flynn is a patriot. He seems like he's a very good guy. So he's now free to start kicking ass because he's all out of bubblegum. And then here's the other one I wanted to talk about.

Russia is using hydroxychloroquine to treat the virus. China is making it. China is also treating the virus with hydroxychloroquine. India is now making huge amounts of it.

It's super cheap. This is why they want to hide it. What I've seen is this drug, hydroxychloroquine, if you're a serious case of the virus, like you're

For most people, you don't have to worry about it. But for old people, people have other diseases and things. They give them this drug, which is super cheap.

And it's pretty safe, too, despite what the media is saying. It's bullshit. They're playing a lot of games with it. There are two versions of this drug.

There's chloroquine and there's hydroxychloroquine. And the media is trying to say it's dangerous, too many side effects, but that's chloroquine. That's the other version of the drug. It's not the one they're using.

The one with an H in front of it, hydroxy, makes it much safer. That's the one they're actually using for the virus. And doctors in many different countries, France, Russia, China, America, have been using this drug, plus zinc, sometimes also high doses of vitamin C, and getting excellent, excellent, excellent results, even with patients who are old, who are sick, who are quite serious.

This drug combo with zinc is working very, very well. 100%? No. No drug works 100%. But something like 99 point something percent of the people who get this drug, even serious cases, they're better in like a couple of days.

So that's great. Now, for normal people, like, you know, decently healthy people, Just relax, man. You don't have to worry. It's just like a serious flu.

You're fine. There's nothing to worry about. Flu season's over in the Northern Hemisphere. It's May. The temperatures are going up now. It's getting warm.

It's over. If you want to play along with the media bullshit, you can, but it's over. It's over. So it's good to see that this is being confirmed by Q that this is over.

Good. All right, let me just get to comments and questions now. And... All right, I'll just read the rest of the one. Pravda is truth in Russian. Yeah, there's a little Orwell, right?

That they named it truth and it was full of lies, right? This is what Orwell called it, newspeak. where everything is the opposite. Peace is war, slavery is freedom.

This is very common now in the news media, where everything is the opposite of what it is. They'll launch a war and they say it's for peace. It's that kind of thing. Now, in English, it's quite common just to call it Orwellian, after George Orwell, since he wrote about it in his books so much.

It's called Orwellian language when the meaning of words is twisted, constantly changed to its opposite. And this creates confusion in people. It's a very powerful form of propaganda and mind control to just change the meanings of common words.

They're constantly doing this. All right, I'll open up the chat now to everybody. All righty. So anyway, yeah, I had a great day today, which is why I seem pretty relaxed right now.

Because I am. All right, we'll give a minute for people to comment. Oh, and we'll continue with The Hobbit. I've got our book club right now. I've just got to read the next couple.

Reread. I've read The Hobbit so many times, but not recently. So I've just got to reread the next few chapters so I can discuss them with you. We're getting near the end.

Smog's dead. And you can see what's happening, right? Now you're going to have all these armies coming. They all want the gold. Where was I yesterday, teacher?

I was just dealing with babies. It got late. Sometimes the babies just, for whatever reason, they don't get to bed. Usually they get to bed at a good time.

Sometimes they're just one or both of them are up for a long time, and then it's just a bit too late because my wife needs to get to bed. We have a schedule that keeps us so that we can get enough sleep.

Sometimes then I can't do the show if that schedule gets off a little bit. That's all. Okay, Anise says, John in Brave New World was living in the reservation, right, from his childhood, and when he came to Brave New World, he was shocked.

So what I recommend is to stay aware and try to fight and don't give up. Yes, but I'm not, you know, but just staying in Brave New World, it will rot your brain. I mean, if you can look at it from the other characters who never went to nature, right, they're just in it all the time. Look how hard it was for them to break out.

Like, really, none of them did. Not really. So, yes. But you are correct that John, like, so, for example, there's a group called the Amish in America.

And they don't use electricity. Basically, they stay completely out of it, of media and Brave New World, which is nice. They live a nice life. But the only problem...

is it's a little bit like somebody or like a group of people living, let's say, in the jungle far away. And they're never exposed. They never contact modern people, which means they don't get contact with all the modern diseases, right?

So their immune system is not ready. And then suddenly a modern person comes in, right? And they all get sick and lots of them die because their immune system never developed, right? Never was exposed to

Well, I think there is kind of a similarity there. It's an analogy where, yeah, a little exposure, but you're all exposed. You all know Brave New World. You don't need this.

You already have it, okay? But to be aware of it, right, so you're not shocked by it. so that you have an immune system against it. You see it, and you know what it is, and you can fight against it or turn it off.

But all of you have grown up in Brave New World, as have I. So this is not a problem. You've all watched, what, thousands and thousands of hours of TV, and you've watched thousands of hours of fake news, advertisements, all of that stuff. So the last thing you need to do is watch more.

You have been... Too exposed to it. All of us have. Slavik says, many people wake up and celebrate because of going out. Their whole quarantine thing is over.

That's great. Now I can breathe deeply because I'm very happy. The truth is always very powerful. Yes! It's very nice. Things will open up here in Japan, I think, at the end of this month.

Back to normal, mostly. But... People are still outside. That was never a problem. I did go downtown today, kind of more towards walking into just this neighborhood where I live.

I always walk around the town here, this neighborhood. I don't know. There's a good number of people out in the parks and stuff. A lot of people wear masks, but that's all.

Who is Dr. Fauci? I don't know. He's some kind of corrupt guy. I haven't spent a lot of time trying to dig into him He's got a lot of corruption. Don't trust him, basically.

Don't trust him. That's all I know. I don't need to know more. Once I know I don't trust him, I don't need to keep looking at a thousand details about why not to trust him.

Kind of like the Thoreau quote we discussed before, right? When you finally realize someone's a liar, then you don't need to figure out all the ways they're lying. It just wastes a lot of mental energy. You say, he's a liar.

I'm not going to listen to him. And that's it. Move on Move on. Focus on your life. Get outdoors. Focus on your family. All these things. Yeah, great.

Dermila says, Yesterday, late afternoon, I was walking in my beloved forest near my home to become calmer for cleaning my mind and hearing the birds singing and feeling peace inside. I love it.

Yes. There's nothing better. There's nothing better to just... You turn on the TV and it's just going to fill your mind with garbage and noise and lies.

You throw that away and then you just go out and you spend hours every day doing what Jermila did and your mind becomes much more clear and calm and peaceful. And then you look around and you see people who are

focused on the media so much and you start to realize there there's there's something wrong with them like they seem like they're a little crazy a little mentally ill this is how people appear to me now especially in in america when i go to america because america not all americans as i said but a lot of americans are so media brainwashed they just watch so many hours of tv every day and uh

Yeah, it's a mental sickness. That's how I see them now. It's impossible not to notice it. And he says, I watch news sometimes because they know how to fight your giant enemy.

You have to be his friend first and figure out his weak point. I don't know. How are you going to fight the news? You can't. They have billions of dollars.

You know how you fight them? Turn it off. It's so easy. That's what I was saying this week. All this week, the solution is so easy. Throw away the TV.

You win. That's it. You don't have to fight against billions and billions and billion dollar, you know, multi-billion dollar corporations and all their power and control. You don't have to fight against them directly.

Just turn it off, throw it away, and you're free. The solution is super easy. They're really not that powerful. They're only powerful when you join, when you cooperate.

That's all. When will they reopen flights to America? I don't know. No idea. Yeah, like Alcar says, I didn't notice. When I go outside, I feel alive. That's the cure.

Simple and powerful. Thanks. Now I know why you love Henry David Thoreau. Yeah, exactly. Yeah. It's very thorough. You're right. Okay, I'm just going to jump to the bottom and go back.

Do you think our culture with such time-consuming jobs is part of Brave New World? Yes. It doesn't feel natural to spend so many hours of your life in a normal job.

Well, I think you probably know how I feel about this. Absolutely. This was the focus of my entire youth. My 20s and 30s was completely focused on this exact thing.

Freeing myself from what I call wage slavery. Slavery for a paycheck. Absolutely, it's part of Brave New World. It's central to making us slaves. You're away from your children.

You're away from your wife or husband. You're away from all your family and friends. Stuck at some job. which for most people is pretty meaningless, for 40 hours or more a week.

It's really more, as we discussed when we did the book club for Your Money or Your Life. You have to add how much time to commute to your job, going and coming back.

And how much time do you spend just trying to recover from your job because you're so tired from it? So you just turn on the TV for a few hours because you're tired from working.

For some people, that's a lot of time. It used to be for me. So, yeah, absolutely. For sure, 100%. Becoming financially free at some level, or at least more free, is a huge way to get out of Brave New World.

It gives you your time back. It gives you your time back, which you then can spend walking outdoors and doing all these things. You have plenty of time for reading old books and

going for walks in nature and going on hiking trips and camping trips and whatever else you want to do. But if you're working, working, working, working, working, working all the time and you have two weeks a year for vacation or something like that, it's hard to do. You're in this what's called the rat race in English. It's an idiom that we call that the rat race where you're just working, working endlessly.

And it feels meaningless. Okay, let's see. Yeah, I agree, Maravi. Maravi says, I'm so glad I had a childhood before technology took over. So am I. I mean, my childhood, there was still, of course, technology.

But I'm so glad there was no internet. But there was television, and television was pretty damn evil. So, you know, I think the people who had it best were maybe my grandparents' generation and older.

before TV. TV was a big change for the worse. TV is really the ultimate propaganda machine, mind control machine. And you can see in the first television generation, which is my parents' generation in America, oh my God, it destroyed them.

It really messed them up. Most of them are still messed up, right? Still have lots of problems. Still completely programmed. And so... But at least I didn't have cell phones.

I'm glad I didn't have a cell phone then. Sarah says, I really like nature. I go outside to the forest or the park for walking every day. When I come back, I become calm and peaceful.

My mind becomes more clear. Yep. And the more you do it, the more hours during the day. I think this is why I like pilgrimages so much. My two favorite trips in the last 10 years have been walking the Camino de Santiago and walking the Shikoku 88 in Japan.

And in both cases, I spent all day outdoors. It's over a month each trip walking, which I like. But I think the thing I like best, there are many parts I liked, but Just being outdoors all day was a large part of it for me that made the trip so wonderful.

Vladislav says, one of my relatives lived 100 years. She lived in villages. I guess she didn't care about what was happening in the world. She didn't even know Russian.

Nice. She only spoke Tatar, the local language. Yeah, there's something to be said for that. You know, if you If you're not in the machine of Brave New World, then you can just sort of turn it off and not care.

And it doesn't affect you so much because you're just not part of it. Leonardo says, Parigi, good to see you again. Good morning, AJ. Thanks to you. I started to appreciate so much nature.

Now I'm addicted to walking outdoors every day for a long time, avoiding the junk fake news. Nice. Me too. It's so simple. Free, simple, easy, but really, really great just to get out and walk every day outdoors for hours if you can.

Yeah, like, who, oops, let me just miss this one. Where is it? Running is cheaper than therapy. It's so muddy. Go outside and forget these garbage news.

That's a great, that should be a bumper sticker. That's a nice motto. Running is cheaper than therapy. I agree. And he says social media is the main cause of making young girls promiscuous.

Oh, I'd say no. I would say media, not social media. The sexual revolution started back in the 60s, guys. And it was and still is a huge disaster. When are you going to come back to America, Asnini?

We'll probably visit next year. Sometime next year. We'll see. Osman. Osman. Well, Somalis are doing great. I'm seeing my people, Somalis, as strange because they are ignoring the health instructions told to them.

They're living normally. There's some getting sick, but they consider it like the normal flu. I think your countrymen are smart. I think they know. They're not afraid and good for them.

Good. David. Ujlaki says, what's the reason most American university students become far leftist and radical socialist during their studies? Well, because the whole system is a propaganda machine.

All the professors are far left. That's what a university is in America now. It's madness. They're pushing all the transgender stuff and all the insanity, all the crazy political correctness.

That's what a university... Universities are garbage. They're garbage. Don't waste your money on an American university. Don't waste your money. They're crap.

Crap, crap, crap, garbage, garbage, junk, junk. Okay? You know, I usually at this point I'll say, well, except for maybe some technical degrees. But even the technical degrees are this kind of garbage is getting into those schools as well.

So, I don't know if there are other countries where it's better. Um, If you're going to do engineering or medicine or certain things, I know you need a college degree.

But don't go to America. Probably Europe is also terrible. West Europe. Eastern Europe, I bet, is not so bad. Russia is probably decent. Japan is probably okay.

Probably Asia and Eastern Europe, I would guess, would be better. But if you're just going to go get a degree, don't waste your money getting a degree in business or a bachelor's degree in psychology or journalism.

I'm guilty of that one. Can you believe that? I feel shame when I think about my undergraduate degree. But the only good thing is I never actually worked as one.

I was just lazy and I had to get a degree in something, I thought. Anyway. Yeah. The universities are garbage and they're funded by just debt. You know, student loans in the United States.

That whole system is ready to collapse. And I hope it just... I would love to see the whole education system in America just destroyed. We'll see. I hope.

But just manages to keep going because there's so much corruption, so much money is pushed into it, so much brainwashing, all these foolish kids. I was one who think that they, and parents who brainwash their kids that a college degree is so important. It's not.

Not now. It's in many, I'd say in most cases, it's a really bad choice. Not always, but in most cases. Roach Chum says, Governors broke the laws to make rules to control their state.

Yes. There's no rule of law in America. It's just power. Democracy's dead. It probably never was alive. Total disobedience towards the media, says Ruslan.

I agree. And it's so easy to have no real power. It's really easy. Yeah, like Slavica has some of the details of Dr. Fauci. He's a horrible doctor. He's been linked to the mistreatment of HIV patients.

That's why mortality rate was so high in the beginning since 1984. Yeah, he has connections to Hillary Clinton. He has connections to Bill Gates. There's a bunch of garbage on the guy.

I read some of it, and I don't remember all of it now, but he's horrible. That's all you need to know. I think the planet is doomed, says Tudor. No, I don't think so.

The planet's fine. The planet's fine. Go look at the ocean. The ocean's fine. The mountains are fine. The trees are fine. The sun's fine. The moon is fine.

It's all fine. So, yeah, that's what I'm saying. Get out in nature and you realize that it's all big in your head, all this media stuff. But when you get away from it,

you realize how small it actually is. So, no, the world's great. People have some problems, but the world is okay. AJ, do you think the virus is a lie?

Not deadly like they said. We're tired from all day and they talk about the new world. Yeah, it's not as bad as it. That's clear now. I mean, that much I know.

Right. It's just, don't be afraid. If you're not 80, 90 years old with diabetes or something, just, you're okay. It's not that bad. They're really messing with the numbers and pushing all this fear.

It's just, Nothing to worry about. Yeah, Irina says, walking outdoors is like a kind of meditation for me. To speak with nature, land, trees, and birds, especially now.

Yes. Yes. Again, we call this perspective. Perspective means you see things as the proper size. is really what it means. So I'm trying to give you an idea of this.

So like I said, it's easy when you're watching the media that you think some things are very big, as in they're very important, they're very, oh my God. But then if you turn that off and you get out in nature, then that thing that seemed big before you realize, eh, it's not important.

It's not important to me at all. I don't even care about it anymore. right? Because it gives you that more clear view of what's truly important and what's not, what actually is big and what is fake, right?

Amir says, AJ, I have stress about the future. Give me advice. Stress about what? What are you stressed about? It's more specific, please. What exactly are you stressed about?

Yeah, Khalifi says, the bright side of this lockdown made me so conscious of many things. No TV brings peace and awareness. Building new, effective...

Measures makes life meaningful, and walking in nature is a treasure. Yeah, and they're all free. Yeah, Bottom says, I remember during the book club you said self-discipline is one of the greatest cures for Brave New World.

Yes. True. Okay, this is an interesting question. It's funny because one of my friends sent me a video about this topic today. Do you believe we need a psychedelic culture like Dr. Bronner's CEO is pushing?

No. But we need a spiritual culture. Psychedelics, which are drugs that some think, which may, let's just say, provide a spiritual experience. or a somewhat spiritual experience.

So certain kinds of drugs can do that, at least with some people. The problem is they can also provide some pretty horrible experiences for people, especially people who have a lot of fears and worries and things.

But anyway, the point being that they're kind of like a shortcut, right? And because they're a shortcut, then they can also come with a lot of problems. because they don't require any self-discipline. They don't require any development of virtue.

They don't require anything internal. They don't require concentration, focus, any of these things. So I think that a better way to say it would be we need a more spiritual culture. Prayer and meditation and fasting, for example.

Those three. I've tried psychedelics myself, and I've had good experiences with some of them. But the problem is that it's gone, right? So, prayer, meditation, and fasting actually require some self-discipline, some internal focus.

They're more real spiritual practices. So, I think that just those three, if we could have a culture or society where prayer and meditation and fasting were sincerely done by most people, where most people learn those things, then I think you would see a lot of benefits. So, for example, I mean, like now is Ramadan, so there's an example of fasting.

And a culture and a religion that teaches fasting, great, fantastic. A lot of Eastern Orthodox Christian churches also have a good amount of fasting. In Thailand, one of the things I noticed in Thailand, in Thailand there's a tradition where the young men become monks just for a short time.

They might even do it for just one month. But it's seen as something very good to do for every young man to do it. They don't all do it, but a lot do.

and it's kind of seen as a very good thing by families, like if you have a son who becomes a monk. And again, they don't become a monk for all their life, most of them. Some, of course, do, but a lot of them will just become a monk for maybe a month or a couple months. But they still, they become a monk, and they go through the training, and they meditate during that whole time, and I think it has a very nice effect on the Thai culture, because Thais are...

amazingly calm during stressful situations, and they mostly don't get angry. Now, there are exceptions. When they get angry, they get very angry, but they just have a lot more emotional control, I'll just say that, compared to Europeans and Americans especially. The Thais, Thai men, Thais in general, have so much more emotional control, emotional self-discipline.

So, for example, Bangkok, horrible, horrible, horrible, horrible traffic. And still, you don't see drivers yelling at each other. It almost never happens. They don't constantly on their horns and getting angry.

On the other hand, in a city like San Francisco or in America... If there's traffic, you'll see people yelling all the time. It's pretty common for people. It's called road rage.

They even have a phrase for it because it's so common. Because Americans emotionally are very childish. They have no emotional self-control at all. Because America has no spiritual discipline.

In terms of the general population, there's not a tradition of discipline and regular prayer. not of meditation, definitely not fasting. And there's kind of an emotional childishness which comes from all this media programming. And you see it.

You see it in everything. People just, they just freak out and go crazy over such small things. It's very common in America if you go, let's say you're at a coffee shop and someone orders a coffee and they say, no sugar.

And they get the coffee and it has sugar in it. They make a mistake. It's very common to see someone just go crazy, yelling and so upset. And I said no sugar!

And acting like a two-year-old child. That is not... It's not everybody, but it's not uncommon. You will see it in America. In Thailand, I probably never saw anything like that from a Thai person.

And it's the same in Japan. Japanese people don't do that. I've never seen a Japanese person do that. So, yeah, my point is that... And there are plenty of psychedelics in America.

So this is the problem, is that it's kind of a lazy... The psychedelics can kind of give you, some people, a first experience that kind of might attract them to God, to spiritual practice, but it's not a full path, in my opinion, because it lacks...

Virtue, there's no virtue and there's no self-discipline involved. And so that leads to eventually, it usually ends up leading people who do it too much to some pretty bad places. And it does not make them better people.

So this is the problem. Fasting, meditation, and prayer, I would say. And he said, it's our 15th day of fasting. Yep, I wish everybody would fast. I think it's a great tradition, really a fantastic practice.

Fidman's fault says, good morning, AJ. I'm AJ from Atlanta, GA, my home state. I'm Brazilian. Could you explain how each of your courses is important for each individual?

I want to start the course. I don't know which one to choose. Generally, if people don't know which one to choose, I just say Power English. It's kind of, it's an intermediate level.

It'll bring you up to a higher intermediate level. It's really the core, the foundation course for most people. Just guessing from your writing here, I would say that would be a good course for you. It would be Power English.

It's the one that's sold on the homepage. Enjoy. And enjoy Georgia. Cool. Muzamil says, Pakistani doctors are saying Pakistan defeated the virus. Cool.

Super hot days are bad for this virus. Yeah, for most flu viruses, that's why it happens in the winter. But we're in lockdown, but tomorrow everything opens. Yay, another country free.

Good. What do you think about the Spanish flus, asks Vladislav. Was it really dangerous or did they hide the truth? I don't know. Some people think it's linked to a vaccine.

That's why when they started vaccinating people for it, that it suddenly got much worse, that the vaccine actually made it worse. But I haven't researched enough to know for sure. I don't know. I wasn't alive then, so I don't know.

Yeah, okay. A little George Carlin comedian. Really nice. Dennis? Churchden Koff says, George Carlin once said, the planet is fine. People are fucked.

That sounds exactly... Yeah, I remember. I think I remember this. He had a nice little sketch about environmentalism, and basically that was his message.

Bless George Carlin. Hari says, nature is the most beautiful and priceless place. We all as human beings need to take ourselves away from unhealthy sites to nature and enjoy our life.

I agree. Oh, cool. Alina says, I'd like to know, you mentioned this guy before, Dr. Rashid Buttar. I'm going to write it down. I'll just do a little stirs.

Rashid Buttar. American physician. And, of course, Wikipedia has a bunch of lies about him, as they always will. Don't trust Wikipedia. It's a bunch of crap.

But I'll check out his page. The following is a segment from the Robert Scott Bell Show. Sorry, well, anyway, he's playing something. You know, we talk about all these absurdities in medicine.

I'll come back to it. Thank you. I'll check him out. Okay, a couple more and time to go. Yeah, cool. Jeremy says, my nephew was two times at a monastery for one month.

That's great. During the holidays at high school. Wow, great. And he's a deep-thinking young man. There were minimum contacts with other monks. It was very difficult for him.

Yeah, the closest I've done is a 10-day silent meditation retreat. uh, but still was really wonderful, fantastic. If you ever have the chance to do that, um, you know, uh, if you, if you can pick out, you know, if you can do like a monk or, or stay in a monastery, it's, I think it'd be great. I think beneficial for lots of people just to train your mind in meditation.

But, uh, I always recommend the Vipassana courses are really great from, um, vipassana.org, I think it is. There are a lot of them, but it's just a good experience.

Okay. I think that's about it. All right, so anyway, get outside. That's my message today. Pretty simple. Get outdoors. Get outdoors every day. Many hours every day, right?

So many people are stuck. They're in their house, and they get in a car or a train or something or a bus, and they go into an office. And they sit in there all day and then back into a bus or a car and then back into their home all day. And they're hardly outdoors at all.

It's very unnatural. It will make you kind of sick mentally, I think. It does something, I think, to your mind and to your soul, really. So as much as you can, even if you're just sitting outdoors, if you're just sitting on the stairs outside your apartment, just sitting outside, do it.

And do it for many hours a day. And the other thing, of course, is throw away your TV. Do that and you're going to be a much, much, much, much more peaceful and a much happier person. All right, that's all.

Simple. I'm going to go and relax now. Hope you're doing well. And we'll do The Hobbit in the next couple chapters this weekend. Lots of love to you. Bye for now.

Thank you.
