Alright, today's podcast is about slang. We have a new slang word. Our new word today is bunk. Bunk. That's B-U-N-K. Bunk. Bunk. Bunk means nonsense or something that is false or something that is very low, low quality.
doesn't doesn't make sense absurd these are all synonyms these are all synonyms for bunk so bunk means something that is nonsense or absurd or low quality or false
Okay, and we use it usually to describe an argument or maybe some kind of product. For example, somebody is arguing with you and you say to them, your argument is bunk.
Your argument is bunk. Okay. It means their argument is not good, right? It doesn't make sense. It's not logical. Maybe it's stupid. It's not a good argument.
So you can say, your argument is bunk. You can also use it to describe an idea. You can say, that idea is bunk. That's just total bunk. It means it's total nonsense.
There's nothing good in the idea. It's bunk. So if you hear a bad idea, you can say, oh, man, that idea, that idea is bunk. That idea is bunk. Finally, you could use it to describe some kind of product.
For example, you could say, let's say somebody has a really bad car. It's an old, old car. And you can say, oh, man, your car is bunk. Your car is bunk.
Your car is bunk means it's just a really poor quality, low, low quality car. In this case, maybe very, very old and ugly. Your car is bunk. Or that idea is bunk.
Or that argument is bunk. All right, so that's bunk. That's our slang word for this week. Bunk. B-U-N-K. B-U-N-K. Bunk. All right. Don't let your study efforts be bunk.
