How are you? Well, happy Wednesday. Come on in here. Good to have you here today. Man, I love it when Labor Day is done. Because all summer long, I sit here coaching people.

They're like, I'm on vacation, Scott. Can we get back next week? The kids, they're still out of school. We can't do anything. But after September 1st, Labor Day, people say, let's do it.

So I'm good to have you today. Thanks for being back. Today I'm going to teach you something I haven't taught around here for many, many moons, but it is a core philosophy I've taught for maybe 16, 17 years now.

How to create your average perfect day, a little exercise I give my clients. It freaks them out when they do it the first time, but everything changes after that, and it guides everything for the next five years. Very cool stuff. It is a daily boost from MotivationToMove.com, the positive boost you need every single day.

You know, it's cool what I do. I will do something like that. I'll bring in this little concept and I do it on myself first. And then I give it to clients and then something stick.

And when they end up sticking 15 years, you know, you've got a winner, right? Average perfect day. We'll talk about that today. Speaking of that, I've decided to name my group that I've been hemming and hawing on.

I wanted it to be, have a very specific purpose. And so I've been kind of waiting for that because, you know, motivation to move or daily boost and son, that's not specific enough.

So I decided to do what I've been passionate about forever myself and what I've taught so many people to do. And I've never charged less than $300 a month to do it.

And I decided to kind of make the program a little bit different and present it differently and bring it to a different level and build a real community around it.

So the community is going to be called Face Your Passion. What does that mean? It's a battle cry. It's a goal-setting mechanism. Every single morning, I get out of bed.

Today, I'm going to face my passion. I'm going to find what fires me up, what gives me passion, purpose, meaning, and legacy. What I don't like, I'm going to correct and get rid of. What I do like, I'm going to do more of.

That's my method. That's what I do. I've done it since I was 16 years old. I said, well, let's do it again. So if you'd like a group that's upbeat and positive, that gets out of bed wanting to make a difference and change things, and you get to choose what that is, this is going to be for you.

It's going to be a lot of fun. I'm very much looking forward to a full-blown community where we are going to have some conversation and you're getting the coaching you need to do whatever you want to do. And I really mean that. I've done this a long time.

So how's it going to work? Well, I will charge $99 a month once I get to a certain level. But for my founders, I'm going in at $49 a month. What? Seriously?

Yeah. $49 a month for the first 100 people. How do you get in? Opening date is September 17th. I'll open the doors at 10 a.m. Eastern time. I will send you more information.

I will talk about this a little bit more as time goes on. That's all you need to know, okay? That's my son's birthday, but I'm going to give you the present. So not jot it down.

10 a.m. September 17th, Eastern time. The doors will open and they will stay open, but the price that you're going to want to get will close after we hit the first hundred. All right, let's move on with the day here and get some stuff done. Let me teach you this really cool concept.

Really cool concept called Average Perfect Day. So I have seen this work in so many different ways. The bottom line is this. If we can at least begin to talk about what we may want to create in our life and then take the time to write it down and then take away any consequences or limitations and just write it down, something magical happens.

Now, I'm not the most woo-woo guy on the planet, but the bottom line is when you write stuff down and you start saying, this is what I want to create. Some people call it manifestation. I don't play in that world.

But I do know something. I do know that the very minute that we take some time to write down how we'd like to actually live every single day, that our brain wakes up. Oh, you want that? I didn't know that.

You ever heard of something called the retricular activation system? I think Tony Robbins made that famous many, many years ago. And so many people have talked about it to the point that I didn't talk about for the longest time. But if you dig into science, you realize it's a real thing.

It's really there. It's how your brain works. And so this is what we're doing. We're firing this up. So basically what I ask you to do is to write down how you'd like your day to go.

I'll tell you more about that in a second here. But as soon as you do, the retricular activation system kicks in and it starts noticing how it can make changes to get what you want.

It's like right now, my wife wants to buy a Tesla because I've been trying to get her to buy a Tesla. And we're like on the edge. We don't need a car. We have a car.

It's fine. It's like one of those things like, but all I'm seeing everywhere I go are Teslas. That's it. That's what happens. So how do we do this? You ready for it?

I dare you. I freaking dare you. I do. I want to show you exactly how it works. So if you took out a piece of paper or a document or a computer, I don't care what you want to do.

And I want you to start in the morning when you get out of bed. In fact, start where you're still in bed. I wake up at this time. I wake up slowly. Then I pet my dogs.

Then I finally get up and I have a cup of coffee and bomb. Every single event you would like to take place, if your day could be a perfect day, what would you do?

Now, why do we call it average perfect day? Well, because your day can't be a perfect day every day, can it? So why try for that? It's not going to happen.

So why don't we just, on average, if we could get what we want, let's write it down and it'll probably happen. Now, why do we write it down? Well, the reality is this.

What you do throughout the course of a day is a very tangible action that pretty much tells me what's important to you. That's why when I use my daily awareness diary, I'm asking you to track things because I don't care what you tell me you believe in or tell me you want to do. It just doesn't matter. What matters is what you do.

So we're kind of reversing the issue here. What I'm saying is if you could jot down an entire day from the time you got out of bed to the time you went to bed and maybe even the dreams you're going to have,

If you had an idea what you wanted your day to be like, there's a really good chance you're going to start living it. And what people say to me all the time is this, Scott, I'm going to write this stuff down. This is stupid. This is fantasy.

It's not real. I'm going to say, you're darn right. It's fantasy. It's not real. This is stupid. I'm going to agree with you because it is. It's totally stupid.

And you've done this crap before, right? I ain't going to do that, Scott. It's not going to work. I've done this thing before. Yeah, I know. It is stupid.

Why don't you write it down anyway? Why don't you double space it so you have a couple lines you can put some other stuff in there? Because here's what's going to happen. You're going to do it the first time and you're going to follow these instructions.

I'm going to write down what I would like my average perfect day to be like from the minute I get up to the minute I go to bed in my dreams too. And there are no limitations to what I write.

I know. I'll never be able to do that. You don't get to have a limitation. You just write it down anyway. There are no consequences. What if I did this?

That will happen. You don't get to do that. You're going to write it down anyway. I don't believe it. This is bogus. Scott doesn't know what he's talking about.

Write it down. A couple of days later, you're going to notice something. You're going to start thinking about it. You're going to start seeing some differences.

You're going to start finding a way to get what you want. And if you're like most people, you're going to get it wrong the first time. It's going to feel weird. And about a week later, you'll look at it again.

You'll go, yeah, but if I made these corrections, it might be more real to me. And here's the magic that's going to happen if you do this. About, I don't know, could be six weeks, could be six years.

Say you're one of these people who does this kind of thing. You put it in your drawer, then you ignore it for the next five years. You've done that, right? Your goal setting list.

These are my goals. I'm going to do these. And you don't do a damn thing about it, right? Nothing. It gets locked in a drawer. And five years later, you happen to find it.

Oh, my old goal is. Let me look at it. And you realize about half of it has come true. You've gone after it. Same thing happens with an average perfect day.

If you take the time to do it, and I dare you, because most of you won't. If you do, Over the next month, years, everything is going to change. And one day you're going to look at this thing and you're going to look around you and everything you put on it is going to be there.

And you say, man, he was right. I am right. I've done it enough. I've done it years now. We started teaching this in 2011. It really, truly works. On Face Your Passion, it's a core of what I do.

Oh, by the way, here's a question you may have as well. Okay, Scott, great. I dreamed it all up. It was fantasy. It's cool. I really would like to do it, but how do I get it done?

Like I said, magically, a lot of it happens anyway. You just kind of lean in that direction, but that's why we're putting the group together because when you hit those obstacles and you don't know how to navigate it, now you have a way to navigate it. You have to join the group if you want to. It's going to be a good place.

I will curate and moderate this place. I will make sure only the coolest people get in and anybody who... While he's not cool, they won't be in. That's all.

I promise that to you. We'll protect this thing like crazy. Listen, have a great day, and I will see you tomorrow, right here on the Daily Boost.
